Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reviewing our refund guidelines will help you plan your medical trip with confidence. Below is everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds at each stage.
Pre-Arrival Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your medical trip after placing a deposit or completing payment, a refund can be requested. A processing fee will be subtracted from your payment, and the balance will be returned. To initiate the refund, email us at care@shifameditour.com.
Post-Arrival Cancellations
If, following your consultation with the doctor in India, both parties agree not to proceed with the treatment, deposits for scheduled procedures may be partially refunded. Cancellations involving third-party services such as hotels, stays, or tours are subject to those providers’ own policies.
Travel Schedule Considerations
Please note that consultation, procedure, and recovery durations can differ based on individual circumstances. Post-treatment travel arrangements, including return flights or tours, may require changes. Shifa Meditour is not responsible for travel modifications caused by shifts in your treatment schedule or healing timeline.
Modifying Your Booking
Once your deposit is placed, you may still alter your travel dates, although additional charges may apply for hotels, flights, tours, or other services. Treatment deposits are held securely, and an updated cost breakdown with any adjustments will be provided upon your arrival in India.
